Guy - Thanks for posting about this. I was already going to be a few doors down for a different conference starting on the 5th, so I rearranged my travel plans and registered for this as well.
I'm looking forward it!

This event (and the evangelists' network) only serves to underscore one of the many differences that make the Valley stand out heads and shoulders above others trying to emulate in their Glen, Fen etc. More tut-tutting from this side of the Atlantic pond..

Any chance of getting a discount for an EdTech Evangelist? High School Tech Coordinator/Teacher trying to get schools into the 21st Century and give students the skills to thrive once they get there!
And I agree... The site design is pretty bad....

Hi Paul,

(Unfortunately) I completely agree. I'm sorry, most of us are developers turned evangelists without any real web-design experience. :| I'm so aesthetically challenged, its not even funny. We are working on making it better, however.

The SDForum page you're referring to has the pricing information listed all the way at the bottom. (http://www.sdforum.org/SDForum/Templates/CalendarEvent.aspx?CID=2041)
But thanks for the feedback, I'll update our events page right away with the pricing info.
Thanks,
ai

Ugh, that web site is terrible. It doesn't even list the cost of the conference.
Clicking "register" to me to a generic SDForum page, also without pricing information.
